Mid Suffolk District Council Neighbourhood Plan Referendum for the Parish of Stradbroke
1. A referendum will be held on Thursday 31st January 2019 to decide on the question below:
“Do you want Mid Suffolk District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Stradbroke to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”
2. Applications to be included on the register of electors for this referendum must be received no later than Tuesday 15th January 2019.
3. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes, and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Mid Suffolk District Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk,
IP1 2BX by 5 p.m. on Wednesday 16th January 2019.
4. New applications to vote by proxy at this referendum must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Mid Suffolk District Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2BX by 5 pm on Wednesday 23rd January 2019.
5. Applications to vote by proxy at this referendum applied for on grounds of either physical incapacity or absence in relation to occupation, employment or service occurring after 5 pm on Wednesday 23rd January 2019 must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Mid Suffolk District Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2BX by 5 pm on Thursday 31st January 2019.
